Most trips are commission based -- meaning free of cost to clients! However, for more complex trips, or bookings that do not fit into the commission model, I work on a tiered fee model: planning fees vary based on the complexity of the trip. I’ll outline costs upfront during our fit call so there are no surprises.

I recommend 8-12 weeks minimum for most trips. For complex itineraries, peak seasons, or special requests (private villas, group travel), 3-6 months gives us room to secure the best options. For very simple trips or booking-only support, 2-4 weeks is sufficient unless during peak season or high demand bookings.

Absolutely. In fact, your itinary will not be locked in until you're 100% confident it's perfect. We’ll refine the plan together and collaborate as much as you'd like to feel not just confident, but excited about your trip.

I negotiate directly with suppliers, provide you with quotes and recommendations, and either send you the private link to book directly, or book myself on your behalf (and with your approval). You’ll receive confirmations, invoices and documentation. Including a full travel itinerary with all the details you need to know.

From pre-trip briefings to 24/7 support during travel, I’m available for itinerary changes, emergencies, and last-minute tweaks. You’re never left without a point of contact.
